Jasmine Johnson
Jasmine’s background of training and treating as an osteopath has given her an amazing knowledge and insight into the workings of the human body; something she is fascinated by to this day. The experience she gained treating patients for over 10 years, starting a family of her own and gaining her yoga teacher qualification, shifted her focus towards a more self-empowered approach to health and wellbeing. She now shares this gained wisdom through her Health Coaching practice. She is particularly passionate about plant based nutrition, yoga, natural movement and home birthing. Jasmine’s personal journey is continuously unfolding and she endlessly pursues her quest to find the best version of health and happiness for herself and her family. She is forever learning from her research and seeking out information from those achieving the level of physical, mental and emotional health to which she aspires. She works hard practicing what she preaches and only wishes to inspire personal change in people seeking greater health and happiness in their own lives.
