My Story:
​The Turning point in my journey into self empowered health began, sitting in a café in London with my now husband shortly after his dad had been diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer. With two 1st class osteopathic degrees between us we didn’t have the answers we craved, but in our hearts we wanted to believe there was another way. Our quest for learning was seeded in this moment nearly 20 years ago. I’m not here to tell you I have all the answers but I have lived & learned a lot since then!


My father in laws passing created a fire in the belly for knowledge & experience, seeking people & teachers who had trodden the path and witnessed transformation. We attended a lecture by Keki Sidhwa which introduced us to nature cure and natural hygiene. It wasn’t just his words that spoke to us, but the embodiment of his message. Already in his 80’s he was funny, mobile, strong & wise, sharing stories of a lifetime in practice.


Embracing the grief & honouring the beginning of married life we embarked on a trip around the world. We stayed for the first time with our subsequent mentor John Fielder at the Academy of natural living outside Cairns, Australia. A baptism of fire ensued, cut off from society with no transport of our own we got stuck in to eating two meals a day of purely raw foods grown on the land, working the farm & having daily lectures. Two weeks of this left us forever changed. Nature cure principles became our lifestyle & we ate a largely raw, plant based diet for many years. There have been many seasons since then. I moved away from osteopathy wanting so deeply to shift the focus of empowerment back to my patients. Since then I have done an in depth yoga teacher training, a plant based nutrition certificate, a health coaching diploma and many hours of study.  I have birthed two babies at home (with a magical independent midwife), navigated health crises and childhood illnesses, and held the hand oh many friends, family and clients through their own health journeys.


I have loved it all but also always felt that there was something else, another piece to the puzzle. The last two years I have been studying German New Medicine and the psycho-emotional roots of disease, interwoven with Integrated Somatic Inquiry. My life’s work seems to have become a constant striving for a better understanding of the language of the human body. Attempting to understand the complex interplay between our subconscious mind and the ramifications of our daily experiences on the symptoms and diseases that present in our physical bodies. I don’t believe there is a final destination, but I am in for the ride.


I do believe in the innate wisdom of the body, which is always tirelessly working to return us to balance & homeostasis. I am here to help you take steps towards your own personal health freedom.
