From a very young age I have wanted to be the strongest, fittest, most vibrant and happy version of myself I can be. This drive has lead me down many paths that make up the totality of what I now offer to my clients. I have worked as an osteopath, yoga teacher, health Coach and devoted mother. All of these inform the way I approach my practice and my life.
As I stand today, my greatest passion is integrating this wealth of practical knowledge with the quantum world of perceptual health. How I believe the psycho-emotional roots of disease impact our symptom expression. This work is informed by the framework laid out in German new medicine & the practice of Integrated Somatic Inquiry. When it comes to health, everything matters. Every facet of your daily experience has an impact on the unique chemistry that is you! |
