I teach a creative flowing class, deeply rooted in the breath, that has evolved over many years of practicing different styles of yoga. My teaching is informed by my in depth understanding of the structure and function of the human body, something I acquired from years studying and practicing osteopathy. This has been infused with yogic philosophy and teachings, bringing in elements of the subtle physiology of the body and the link between body and mind. I am also inspired by natural movement principles and the importance of using our bodies in a varied and continuous way to maintain health in the many tissues of our physical being.
