When it comes to understanding health, I don’t think the analogy of the seed can be superseded! I believe that when we are born, our seed, our physical body, contains within it, a certain potential. This potential, may dictate the parameters of our health, however, the amount to which we fulfil our bodies true potential is largely down to the choices we make on a daily basis, including our environment.
Each seed requires deeply nourishing soil with a multitude of nutrients, the right amount of natural sunlight, clean, un-polluted air, pure water and space to move and grow. In addition to this there are the complex interactions with its “social” connections, to nature and to other plants, bacteria and fungi through the extensive living network that is the mycelium.
Gaining insight into the many different factors that influence our health and wellbeing is very empowering. It is always my goal to help my clients tap into the innate wisdom of their body to gain clarity over where they are now and how best to move forwards. There are many areas to address including diet, sleep, movement, breathing, mental clarity, stress, relationships, spinal alignment, sunlight exposure, exposure to toxic chemicals and more!
The interaction between coach and client is always symbiotic and our time together will balance me sharing my knowledge and experience with helping you tap into the innate wisdom of your own body.
